1. Introduction

Famvio is a mobile application designed to help families organize everyday tasks, shared shopping lists, and calendars. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Famvio, available on iOS and Android platforms.

By using the app, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activities under your account.

All content in Famvio, including logos, text, code, and design, is the property of GBT Solutions AS and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the app without written permission.

5. Payment and Subscriptions

If Famvio offers premium features, they will be made available via in-app purchases. Payments are processed securely through third-party providers such as Stripe. Subscription terms and refund policies will be clearly stated in the app.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of Famvio is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

We do not sell your data. Data is shared with trusted services such as Google Firebase and Stripe to support app functionality.

7. Modifications and Updates

We reserve the right to change, update, or discontinue any part of the app or these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the revised terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

GBT Solutions AS is not liable for:

• Loss of data or business.
• Service interruptions.
• Damage caused by unauthorized access.

Use of the app is at your own risk.

9. Governing Law
